Với thiết kế mechnical mới, dòng iX4 hỗ trợ cuộn nhãn ngoài có đường kính lớn 8.26 inch và khả năng băng lên tới 450 mét. Với tốc độ in 8 ips, thậm chí in với tốc độ cao nhất, nó vẫn có thể duy trì chất lượng in hoàn hảo. Dòng iX4 có tích hợp Ethernet, máy chủ USB kép, thiết bị USB, RS-232 và có thể mở rộng bằng Wi-Fi, thẻ GPIO / cổng song song.
